Her fill is due. Book it before she asks.
Mainti takes bookings and deposits for UK lash, brow, nail and hair pros, then nudges clients to rebook when their next fill is due. One flat price, no commission.
Free for 7 days, then £2.99 for your first month. £11 a month after that.

Beauty is maintenance. Your diary should be too.
Most clients come back on a cycle: lashes every two to three weeks, nails every three to four, brows every four to six. Mainti is built around that cycle, so rebooking doesn't depend on anyone remembering.
Lashes, brows, nails and hair first. Massage, skincare, spa and classes like yoga, pilates and PT follow on the same engine.
- She books onlineYour rules and deposit are on the page before she pays, and she ticks to accept them.
- A reminder goes outOn WhatsApp or by email, with your cancellation rule in the message.
- She comes inOr doesn't, and your no-show rule runs itself.
- Her fill comes dueA few days before, she gets a message with a one-tap link to rebook.↻ Back to the start, with less chasing
No-show rules your clients can actually understand
You write the rule in plain English. Your client sees it in one sentence next to the price, and again in every confirmation and reminder.
- A fee ledger you control In the pilot
- Every charge shows which rule triggered it. Waive any of them in one tap.
- Card saved, fee charged for you In the pilot
- Payments run through your own Stripe account, so Mainti never holds your money. If a bank asks for extra checks, your client gets a pay-by-link.
- Your own blocklist In the pilot
- Stop repeat no-shows from booking online. It's personal to you and never shared.
Try a few. This is the rule builder in the pilot.
Blocked clients are blocked for you only. They're never shared with other pros.
Rules that know how beauty works
Built in, not bolted on with workarounds.
- Patch-test gate In the pilot
- Require a patch test before a service. Clients book a free patch-test slot, you mark it passed and the full service unlocks. Passes expire after the months you choose.
- Infill pricing by time since last visit In the pilot
- Set tiers, like up to two weeks, two to three weeks, and a full set after that. The price is worked out from her history when she picks a time.
- Fill-due nudges In the pilot
- Each service has a rebooking interval. A few days before it's due, she gets a message with a one-tap link.
- Deposits and late-arrival rules In the pilot
- Set deposits per service and decide what happens when someone's 15 minutes late, like a shorter service or a late cancellation.
- Buffers and prep time In the pilot
- Add time before and after a service so your day doesn't run into itself.
- Standing appointments Next
- "Every three weeks, same time." Regulars stay booked without asking each time.
- Memberships, packages and gift cards Next
- A monthly brow plan with a lamination and a tint, packages of visits, and vouchers.
- Intake forms and consent Next
- Allergy questions, aftercare and signed consent, kept with the client's record.
Reminders that clients actually read
WhatsApp and email by default, because that's where your clients already are. SMS is there too, as a capped allowance, for anyone who doesn't use WhatsApp.
A booking page that looks like you
Your clients should feel they're booking with you, not with software. Pick your colours and fonts, add your logo and cover photo, and get a link and QR code that fits your bio.
- Colour palettes, font pairs, button shapes, light or dark In the pilot
- Logo, cover photo, link name, QR code and a link-in-bio layout In the pilot
- Photo gallery and reviews Next
- Your own web address Next
Pick colours and a button shape. You'll also set your logo, cover photo and fonts.

Book from the places your clients already message you
Today you get a booking link and QR code for your bio. After launch, clients will be able to book by messaging you on WhatsApp, then Instagram.
Later WhatsApp booking, then Instagram DMs.
Support that answers
Slow, impersonal support is the thing pros complain about most in other booking tools. In Mainti, a help chat answers from our guides and hands you to a real person when it can't. It will never guess at refunds, legal questions or fee waivers. In the pilot
The questions button at the bottom of this page is an early version with quick answers.
Two plans. No commission. No surprises.
A flat price whether you take ten bookings or a hundred.

Questions pros ask us
Do you take commission?
No. Mainti is a flat monthly price. Stripe's card fees still apply to deposits and payments, and they go to Stripe, not us.
When can I start using it?
We're building Mainti with a small group of UK pros first. Join the waitlist and tick the box to say you'd like to try it early, and we'll invite people in small groups as features are ready.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They open your booking link, pick a time and pay the deposit. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at checkout.
How do no-show fees work?
You choose the rule. Your client sees it in one sentence next to the price and ticks to accept it. Their card is saved securely with Stripe, and if a fee is due it's charged for you. If their bank asks for extra checks, we send a pay-by-link instead. Every fee shows in a ledger where you can waive it in one tap.
What do reminders cost?
WhatsApp and email reminders are included at normal volumes. SMS is a monthly allowance of about 100 messages, with top-ups if you need more. WhatsApp messages are only sent to clients who've agreed to receive them.
Is my clients' data safe?
Allergy and patch-test records are health data under UK GDPR. We ask for clear consent, keep records only as long as they're needed, and store them encrypted. Your client list belongs to you, and your blocklist is never shared with other pros.
Can I bring my clients over from another booking tool?
A CSV import is planned for the next stage so you can move your client list across. Until then, tell us what you use when you join and we'll say what's possible.
Is it only for beauty?
We're starting with lashes, brows, nails and hair. Massage, skincare, spa and classes like yoga, pilates and personal training follow, because the rebooking cycle works the same way.
