Washed, detangled and blow-dried, please. It saves you time in the chair.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. You can do this yourself from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations with less notice may lose their deposit.

A deposit is taken when you book to secure your appointment. It comes off the price of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and missed appointments, but can be moved once if you give enough notice.

If you're running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to fit in your full treatment, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten it or rebook you, and the full price will still apply.
